Key Responsibilities:- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.
- Mix drinks and control beverage stock according to guidelines.
- Take orders and deliver food and beverage items in a prompt manner.
- Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Maintain accurate guest checks/folios and utilize upsell opportunities when possible.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Previous bartending experience, minimum 1 year, and previous food and beverage service experience in a similar setting is required.
- Valid Alberta ProServe certification is required.
- Mixology knowledge and skills preferred.
- Previous point of sale system experience an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of all beverage products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
