About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Lead to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our BIM (Building Information Modeling) team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of BIM strategies and processes across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain BIM Execution Plans: Create and implement BIM execution plans that align with project and ISO 19650 requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Establish BIM and CAD Standards: Develop or align BIM and CAD standards, ensuring they are implemented and followed across the organization.
  • Oversee BIM Teams: Coordinate and manage BIM teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide BIM Consultancy: Offer internal and external BIM consultancy services to projects, ensuring best practices are followed and BIM is utilized effectively.
  • Manage Digital Delivery Processes: Oversee the implementation of digital delivery processes, including automation and reporting techniques, to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in BIM and digital delivery management is essential.
  • Engineering or Architecture Degree: A degree in engineering or architecture is an advantage.
  • ISO 19650 Accreditation: ISO 19650 accreditation is an advantage.
  • Autodesk and Bentley Products: Good command of Autodesk and Bentley products, including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, ACC, Navisworks, OpenRail, OpenRoads, OpenBridge, OpenTunnels, ProjectWise, and iTwin, is an advantage.
  • Whole-Life-Cycle Digital Twins: Good command of whole-life-cycle digital twins is an advantage.
  • 4D, 5D, and 6D: Good command of 4D, 5D, and 6D (carbon tracking) is an advantage.
