About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at RVL MANAGEMENT ULC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in our formal dining room and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train cooking staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets.
  • Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Lead by example and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a formal dining room or restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
