Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Manager to join our team at 2433702 Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including setting goals and priorities.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 employees, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to increase sales and revenue, including developing promotional materials and events.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the store is operating within budget.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Hardworking, positive attitude, organized, team player
