Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 608954 Alberta Ltd 0/A Shell. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
