Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2433702 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales staff to duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances
- Establish work schedules and manage store inventory
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
