Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst role is a critical position at Seaspan, responsible for driving business process improvements and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services. As a key member of the Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data mining models to extract insights from Oracle Fusion and other systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements
  • Conduct organizational change readiness assessments and provide recommendations to Management
  • Support the creation and maintenance of data warehouses and reporting solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and deliver process improvement initiatives
  • Document process maps, procedure manuals, and user learning guides
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including 3 years supporting Oracle Fusion
  • Strong understanding of data quality best practices and data integration concepts
  • Knowledge of quantitative methods and statistical process control/analysis programs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
