About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment to meet kitchen needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
