About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Attendant to join our team at Big Horn Hotel and Tavern Inc. As a Hotel Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, respond to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation available, remote location, hotel, motel, resort.
