Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks.
