Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at AMK Global Group Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and coordinating administrative policies and procedures, analyzing incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports, and preparing summary briefs and reports.
In this role, you will also prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings, conduct research, meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others to discuss issues and assess various courses of action based on meetings, and liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations.
You will have the opportunity to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, as well as prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts and other documents.
This is a permanent position that requires 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook, and will be proficient in English.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
