Tangible Capital Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tangible Capital Program Analyst. As a key member of our Capital Infrastructure Program team, you will provide financial guidance and support to senior management, capital program staff, and client departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial advice and analysis to support capital spending decisions for the Department of Public Works.
- Manage capital approvals and commitments in accordance with legislation and audit requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to ensure accurate budgeting and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with the Director/Executive Director of Finance and Program Directors to provide financial support and analysis.
- Monitor and report on capital spending and cash flow to ensure compliance with budget and legislative requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. An accounting designation (CPA) is preferred.
You will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to produce accurate reports and provide clear financial guidance. Experience with financial software and systems, such as SAP, is an asset.
