Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Jordan Home Construction.
Job Summary:The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Willing to relocate
- Ability to work independently
