Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to meet customer demands.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to meet customer needs.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our staff is knowledgeable about job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Conduct regular inventory checks to estimate ingredient and supply needs, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demands.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high-quality food and service standards, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service operations are financially sustainable.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Develop and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Setting: Food service establishment
- Willingness to Relocate: Willing to relocate to support the growth and development of our business
