Food Service Manager

Bell's Lake-Vu Motel & Services Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and food preparation in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks effectively, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in food service management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
