About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist to join our team at Fairmont Banff Springs. As a key member of our Spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty and skincare services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of beauty and skincare treatments, including nail services, facials, waxing, tinting, and makeup.
- Participate in regular incentives and retail goal setting to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to the high standards of our facility.
- Assist with sales and restocking of professional retail skin care and hair care products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the Aesthetic industry.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Certification from an accredited school of Aesthetics is required.
- Previous experience in a Spa environment is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years post-graduation required.
