About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist to join our team at Fairmont Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty and skincare services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of beauty and skincare treatments, including nail services, facials, waxing, tinting, and makeup, using safe and professional techniques.
- Participate in regular incentives and retail goal setting to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to the high standards of our facility.
- Assist with sales and restocking of professional retail skin care and hair care products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the aesthetic industry.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Certification from an accredited school of Aesthetics is required.
- Previous experience in a spa environment is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience post-graduation.
