As a part of Banff Lodging Co., Meadow Spa & Pools and Red Earth Spa provide time and space for our guests to relax and rejuvenate. Our indulgent spa experiences include massages, body treatments, facials, nail services, waxing and couples packages.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team in the beautiful town of Banff. Nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, Banff is a spectacular destination that attracts visitors from all over the world. With its world class ski resorts, crystal clear lakes, and miles of hiking trails, Banff is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

As our spa receptionist, you’ll be an integral part of the hospitality team, ensuring guest satisfaction through your exceptional skills and services. Experience the joy of immediate results as guests relax and rejuvenate during their stay.

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous reception / administrative / customer service experience required.
- Prior Spa knowledge and experience is an asset, but not necessary.
- Pro Serve Certification.
- A positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
