Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Chang Noi's Authentic Thai Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation, and that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, and manage our kitchen budget to ensure that we are operating within our means.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
