Food Service Team Lead

The Indian Aroma Kitchen Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Staff Management: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as hire and manage food service staff.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales and inventory data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment or equivalent.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
30 hours per week, permanent position, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food preparation standards.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
