Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Indian Aroma Kitchen Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with a focus on attention to detail and customer service.
Language:The primary language of work is English.Work Hours:
30 hours per week.
