Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-7 months of experience in a food service establishment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership and guidance to staff
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will also be required to work under pressure to meet customer demand and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
