Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Burlington. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, bend, and stand for long periods
