About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Bepul & Nabila Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus for special events and daily operations, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic dishes, including South Indian, East Indian, and Vegetarian options, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for preparation and service.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare and serve high-quality dishes.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
