Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at SHAN-E-PUNJAB FAST FOOD & TIFFIN SERVICE INC. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, with a focus on East Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Physically demanding
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure
