Steeps Grill Assistant Manager

At Whistler Blackcomb, we're committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As an Assistant Manager at Steeps Grill, you'll play a key role in leading our team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dining operations, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food preparation
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to drive excellence
  • Maintain facility standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Review staff performance, providing meaningful feedback and direction
  • Attend to guest needs, ensuring responsive and courteous service
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • ServSafe certification or regional equivalent required
  • 5 years of restaurant experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously, lift and/or carry up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Fluent communication in English; bilingualism preferred
  • Ability to ski or snowboard strongly preferred
