Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumables Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions about products and services.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and provide accurate change.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
