Customer Service Representative Job Description

At Mass Markets, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sydney. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
