The department is multidisciplinary, allowing you to showcase your interests and choose areas/projects to work on and deepen your knowledge.

Your Challenges:

  • Develop a multidisciplinary project aimed at improving our processes or working practices (within the procurement, planning, CM, or LM teams)
  • Propose solutions for reusing components (L'Oréal for the future)
  • Analyze the performance of our suppliers and provide recommendations (MOQ, DOS, Overshipment)

Your Objectives:

  • Mastery of a complete dossier for continuous improvement
  • Mastery of change management
  • Improvement of our key performance indicators
  • Contribution to sharing best practices and promoting engagement

Your Learning Opportunities:

You will learn to develop project management skills. You will also work with various departments within the factory and external companies.

Requirements:

  • You must be able to develop a good network of contacts, as you will work in collaboration with several departments within the factory. You will also work with external companies that will provide support when needed.
