At Richmond Dairy Queen, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
