We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable nurse who can provide high-quality care to our residents. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing their quality of life. Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with best practices
• Monitoring and documenting residents' health status and changes in condition
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
• Educating residents and their families about health conditions, care plans, and available resources
• Upholding infection control protocols and maintaining a safe environment

Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCN&M)
• Valid CPR/First Aide certification
• Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an asset
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
