Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing & Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, developing, analyzing and supporting the manufacturing processes to produce power transformer cores for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency.
- Analyze and troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Advanced ability to effectively problem-solve, lead business discussions and train others.
