Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Process Owner) to join our team in Peterborough, Ontario. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and safe operation of production equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality output.

  • Responsibilities include responding to production, quality, and EHS concerns, leading cross-functional teams through effective problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making.
  • The ideal candidate will have a P.Eng. license or ability to obtain same, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering discipline, and 5+ years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineer (Process Owner) will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production equipment.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality output.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
  • Developing, maintaining, and/or improving documentation used for production activities.
