Brio Bakery Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Pastry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating new recipes, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining records of food costs and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and manage supplies and food costs
- Supervise specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
- Create new recipes and menus
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience or equivalent
- Cook Trade Certification
