At Johnston Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Maximum Benefit team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, plan administrators, advisors, and internal business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients and internal partners via phone and email
  • Assist with handling various reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Support the processing and implementation teams as needed
Requirements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
  • Effective problem-solving, analytical, and resolution skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and be comfortable with change
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong team player and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Insurance industry background is an asset
