Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance, managing financial risks, and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management, and support the development of business strategies.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets, and develop reports and visualizations to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements
  • CA/CPA, CMA, CGA, or equivalent professional certification.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in financial management, with a focus on FP&A.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
