Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our team. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will be responsible for driving business performance, managing relationships, and providing strategic insights to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and business development initiatives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business partners, and external vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • CA/CPA, CMA, CGA or equivalent
  • 5+ years post-qualification financial management experience
  • Demonstrable understanding and strategic perspective on the insurance industry
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management, business modelling, acquisitions and integration
  • Sound understanding of financial, strategic and performance management processes
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $93,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
