Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Open Systems Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and experience working with FX /FX Options and/or Rates or other Derivatives products.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience working in the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of FX /FX Options and/or Rates or other Derivatives products.
  • Understanding of Trade Capture and Risk management is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of business analysis experience.
  • Strong investigation and data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines.
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to collaborate with a global team, across geographies and time zones.
  • Data analysis with intermediate/advanced Python, SQL, Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Computer Science, Engineering or Technical background is an advantage.
  • Quantitative analysis or portfolio management experience is nice to have.
