Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Infosys Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, business users, and executives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Business Requirement Gathering and Elicitation.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of telecom industry concepts, trends, and challenges.
