Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial systems and business process analysis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with global users to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are met
  • Prepare and execute test scripts to validate functionality
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training as needed
  • Provide BAU support and perform analysis to respond to user inquiries
  • Build relationships with local Accounts Control teams and drive future enhancements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries
  • Data-oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Visio, and Project
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills in a small local setting and across different geographic locations
Preferred Skills:
  • Background in capital markets settlement instruction reference data
  • Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts
