Job Summary:

We're seeking a Commercial Sales Coach to elevate our Local Commercial Sales Program and drive the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for the sales team, focusing on call mechanics, customer experience, and sales strategies.
  • Identify and address individual and team skill development needs, leading skill-building sessions and providing feedback to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to boost performance, enhance customer interactions, and improve sales outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training workshops to continuously improve team capabilities and drive commercial sales division success.
  • Support new sales representatives through onboarding, setting a strong foundation for their success.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree is an asset, though not mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in advanced sales and management techniques, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, ideally with CRM software experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting impactful training sessions, workshops, and live coaching.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and communication abilities across various organizational levels.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and identify areas for development.
  • Proven adaptability, problem-solving ability, and innovative approaches in fast-paced environments.
