Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Management Professional to join our team at Mugshots. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week in an urban area. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs;
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members;
- Manage cash handling and balance sheets, as well as ensure accurate inventory management;
- Maintain high standards of health and safety regulations;
- Contribute to marketing plans and implementation, as well as address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Serving It Right Certificate and Food Safety Certificate;
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and point-of-sale systems;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and physically demanding conditions;
- Flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
