The estimated salary range for this position is $62-$82 per hour, commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN's compensation policy.
Job Description:
This Clinical Team Lead will play a pivotal role in the Hillcrest Reactivation Centre, working closely with an inter-professional team to provide high-quality care to patients. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and experience in managing complex client cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop nursing and PSW staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment
- Ensure efficient operations through financial and administrative responsibilities
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to optimize client care outcomes and quality management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registration with the relevant regulatory college
- Baccalaureate degree in a health profession; Master's degree preferred
- Three years of relevant clinical experience, including complex client management
