Job Summary

Haulage North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and coordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
Working Conditions
  • 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Temporary work term.
  • Work language: English.
