Bakery Team Member
At TIM HORTONS, we are looking for a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products, including bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other baked goods to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Train and mentor other team members on baking techniques and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food service environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
