Job Title: Dual Surveillance Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at Great Canadian Entertainment. As a key member of our surveillance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and observing casino operations, ensuring the security and integrity of our assets, staff, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage Surveillance Operators, delegating tasks and maintaining awareness of all gaming operations
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Investigate and report irregular, unusual, or suspicious activities
  • Monitor and document violations, unauthorized access, and other security incidents
  • Provide training and coaching to new team members
  • Assist the management team with projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Secondary School diploma, with preference to graduates with a post-secondary education in Law and Security or Criminology
  • Minimum 1 year of Surveillance/Security related experience, with preference to Supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, analytical, observational, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented skills with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
