About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Insights team at Lululemon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  2. Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement strategic initiatives.
  4. Analyze and synthesize complex data to inform business decisions.
  5. Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  1. University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, statistics).
  2. 3+ years of experience in a business analysis or strategy role.
  3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality insights and recommendations.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Lululemon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $103,500 - $135,900 annually, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
