About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at tbk Creative. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Lead the design process for complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with design systems, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
