The Opportunity

Aritzia is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will play a critical role in optimizing labor spending and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic labor models to direct the labor plan and schedule
  • Optimize labor spending and productivity through data analysis and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and process scheduling inputs
  • Build and publish optimized schedules to support business operations
  • Provide support for live week schedule changes and ensure seamless execution

Requirements

  • Proven skills and certifications in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
