At Regent Hotel, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
